What entertainment facilities are available in the chalet?
We can also offer you ADSL (wireless), sky Freeview TV, and receives most of the UK free tv channels. If you have sky at home it should be possible to take your card and receive the full sky service. I have used my sky card in this way previously.

Are linen and towels provided?
We provide linen, but do not provide towels. We can arrange for these to be hired at a cost of €10 per person per week.

Do we have to clean the chalet before we leave?
We appreciate the chalet being left as clean and tidy as possible. The price does includes a clean at the end of your rental period. However if the chalet is left in an unacceptable state we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning which would be taken from the security deposit.

You advertise that you have a log fire. Are logs provided?
The fire will be set on the day of your arrival. We have logs available to burn on the open fire, but kindling must be purchased (€4 per bag). This is available from many shops and supermarkets in the village. It is also advisable to bring newspapers with you to assist with fire lighting.

We are arriving late on Saturday. What shops will be open?
Shops in Samoens close at 7pm. However the ski shops tend to stay open a little later. On Sunday the small supermarkets Sherpa and Petit Casino open both morning and afternoon. There is a large supermarket on the edge of town that is open on Sunday AM. and mornings and afternoons during the week.
