Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, arriving after 4pm on the first day and leaving by 10am on the last day.

To secure your reservation, a 25% non-refundable deposit is paid, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure.

Pets are allowed providing the owner gives prior permission.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Facilities are provided on the terrace outside for smokers.

An inventory deposit of £250 payable with the balance of payment will be refunded provided the accommodation is left without defect normally within 14 days of departure.

All bookings will be accepted by Les Terrasses Limited on the assumption that the full terms and conditions accompanied with your booking form have been read and agreed.
